Q: How long before my order ships after completing checkout? 
A: We ship within 24-48 hours. We try to ship within 24 hours, but it can sometimes take up to 48 hours.

Q: What method do you ship?
A: We ship USPS Priority Mail. Once your package is being fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Q: Once you ship, how long will it take to get my package?
A: This depends entirely on USPS. Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days, but for certain areas in the country or certain times of the year, 3-4 isn't unheard of.

Q: Can I upgrade to Overnight shipping?
A: At this time we do not offer Overnight shipping on most orders, but we will in the future!

Q: Do you ship overseas or outside of the US?
A: We are only able to ship domestically, at this time.


Q: Do you accept AMEX?
A: We currently can not accept AMEX.

Q: Do you accept Checks, Money Orders, etc.? 
A: In general, we prefer major credit cards. But there are special cases where we will help our patients out by accepting other means of payment. Please contact us ahead of time if you have to use other payment methods.

Q: Can you accept credit cards over the phone or through email? 
A: We can not. We currently only accept credit card payments through our secure website.
